| The Corporation was established in the year 1973 under the Name and style of "Karnataka State Agro Seeds Corporation Limited", a subsidiary organization of Karnataka Agro Industries Corporation Limited. The Government of Karnataka have participated in the National Seed Project-II during 1979. Under the National Seed project, the subsidiary organization was made as Independent Corporation under the present name and style of "Karnataka State Seeds Corporation Limited". Today the Corporation is one of the successfully run organizations of the Government of Karnataka. |
